How it works

Fund a solar project. Earn monthly.

Your money builds metered solar for real businesses — like 200 shops at Trade Fair Complex. Shops pay for what they consume, and you collect principal + interest every month until the loan is repaid.

4 steps, end to end

01

Choose a project

Pick a vetted site: target amount, interest rate p.a., tenor and location. Example: Trade Fair — ₦100M, 12% p.a., 48 months.

02

Your money builds it

Pooled funds pay for panels, batteries, inverters and meters. The project only draws down as milestones complete.

03

Shops pay per kWh

Every shop is metered and pays for what it consumes into escrow. Waterfall: O&M reserve → investor payout → operator fee.

04

You earn monthly

Each month you receive principal + interest pro-rata to your dashboard until the full term ends. No lump-sum wait.

Example: Trade Fair Complex, 200 shops

₦100M

Project cost

12% p.a.

48 amortized payouts

₦2.63M

Total paid to investors / month

₦1M → ₦1.26M

What ₦1M earns over 48 mo

Why metered matters: shops only pay for what they use, so collections track real consumption. Tariffs are set with a ~1.5x cover (charge ≈ ₦19,750/shop/mo vs ₦13,167 base) so repayments hold even with vacancies and maintenance.

Questions, answered

When do I get paid?

Monthly, starting one month after the project is fully funded and installed. Each payout = part principal + part interest.

What is the minimum?

Each project sets its own minimum (Trade Fair: ₦100,000). Enter any amount on the project page to preview your exact schedule.

What if a shop doesn't pay?

Meters disconnect non-paying shops automatically, and the tariff margin plus O&M reserve cushions shortfalls. Persistent default shows as overdue in your dashboard.

Can I withdraw early?

No secondary market yet — plan to stay the full tenor (e.g. 48 months). Only invest money you can lock up.
